Insights Into Personal Injury Mediation

This course was designed to share the practical knowledge of an experienced PI mediator with the community of practitioners in this area. In this course we discuss some of the fundamental considerations to effectively mediate personal (PI) injury cases. Traditionally these are cases involving negligence which may include; motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workplace accidents, premises liability, products liability, and other types of negligent acts. Some PI cases may also extend to bad faith payment of claims, and possible breach of contracts.
