This program was developed in accordance with the New York State Unified Court System Guidelines for Continuing ADR Education under Part 146. The ADR Office does not approve courses or activities for CE and does not audit neutrals for compliance. Each neutral is responsible for selecting qualifying education, retaining completion records, and satisfying any court or roster requirements that apply.

Completion of this program does not guarantee initial placement, continued service, or redesignation on any court roster.
