New York Part 146 roster neutrals complete six hours of continuing ADR education during each reporting period. Westbay offers two self-paced tracks built around the published continuing education framework: one for Family Court and matrimonial mediators, and one for general civil and commercial mediators.

Important: The New York State Unified Court System ADR Office does not approve individual CE courses or activities and does not audit neutrals for compliance. Each neutral is responsible for selecting qualifying education, retaining records, and meeting applicable court or roster requirements.
