Exploring Cultural Diversity In Mediation

This course explores the use of cultural competency in the dispute resolution arena. Here cultural competency refers to the communication between people who may have differences in any one of the following: styles of working, age, nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, and sexual orientation. In this course we examine how mediators may leverage their understanding of people belonging to different cultures (or communities) to help resolve issues and create better outcomes.

I watched the section about imaging, and, as an MD, I thought you explained it all very clearly so that non-medical people should understand...

I have to tell you (nothing against the annual program in Orlando, which is the only mediator continuing education course I’ve taken), but you guys really knocked it out of the park. Fantastic job. I really appreciate the hands-on business approach. I will likely use you guys instead for the future, no slight to them, but I really appreciated the real world detail in this course. Thanks again for the help.
