Course Details

Parenting Class for Divorce in Florida

This is a Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course, which is approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families, and satisfies the requirements of all Family Courts in Florida.

Under Florida Statutes 61.21, if you are divorcing and have minor children, you must attend at least a four (4) hour in person Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course, approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families, prior to obtaining a divorce.

Delivery Format & Instructional Techniques

This course is offered in a traditional in-person live classroom format. During this course, we utilize a combination of lecture, lively group discussion, and participant role play techniques.
