10. Ethics For Certified Mediators

This course explores the ethical challenges facing online mediation. Online mediation is an emerging practice method. Traditionally, mediations were conducted face-to-face, with all the parties gathering in the same physical location. However with busy schedules, people are now requesting (demanding) alternative meeting methods, and real-time video is a great fit. 11. Insights Into Personal Injury Mediation

In this course we discuss some of the fundamental considerations to effectively mediate personal (PI) injury cases. Traditionally these are cases involving negligence which may include; motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workplace accidents, premises liability, products liability, and other types of negligent acts.
