In this course, we examine some of the fundamental considerations to effectively mediating personal injury claims. This course was designed to share the knowledge of experienced mediators who specialize in personal injury cases, with those who wish to expand their mediation practices into this area. This course is suitable for mediators and attorneys at any level of practice. Here you will be engaged in discussions on; the unique dynamics of mediating a personal injury case, effective mediation case preparation, ethical standards of practice, diversity & cultural trends affecting our industry, and some essential domestic violence issues.
