Course Details

In this course we explore the procedural aspects of appellate mediation, contrast appellate mediation to other forms of pre and in-suit mediation, and outline the unique ethical issues facing practitioners.

At the end of this course you will have a much greater understanding of appellate mediation and be able to, articulate the benefits, distinguish appropriate cases, and  articulate the various standards of appellate review.

The course is designed to be completed at your own pace. There are no travel costs, no hotel stay, and no need to take time off from work.
